Unzip the archive with the service program on C: partition.

Make sure you don't have directory "Adjustment Program" on the C: partition before you start the utility. This directory is created automatically when you start service program.

Check unpacked archive for "Readme" text file and/or file with ".BAT" extension.

If ".BAT" file exist start utility by double clicking on it.

Otherwise you'll find in "Readme" file instructions for starting the utility (usualy date which you'll need to set in Settings->Control Panel->Date and Time). Go to Start-> Run and start the registry editor (type without quotes "regedit" and press OK). Search for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / EPSON" and delete PTSG. Change date in Windows to one that is listed in the earlier mentioned "Readme" file. Go to the directory where you unpacked the archive and start the program "AdjProg".

Turn on the printer.

If something is not done well you'll see message like in the picture below.

When you start the program you'll see this welcome screen. Select "Accept".

Click "Select".

Select the port that is connected to a printer.

Select "Waste ink pad counter" option from list and click "OK".

With "Check" button you'll be able to check the current level of discarded ink.

To reset waste ink counter click the "Initialization" button.
