HP Access Now for Free!

In an effort to be of even further help to small businesses, HP has announced that HP Access, a site that provides discounts, freebie software, services and training, will be waiving the $49 price tag previously attached to it and will be offering it for free. HP channel partners and resellers can now provide HP Access to customers who purchase an HP product.
Customers who are interested in HP Access can request for an access code. Eligible customers are those who make new purchases as well as those who purchased an HP product in the last 12 months. Customers who directly communicate with HP will receive an e-mail from the company along with a link to the site as well as an access code. Customers who purchase HP products from channel partners will receive an e-mail from the channel partner that they dealt with.
The free offering is HP's way of telling customers who belong to the small business demographic that they recognize the difficulties that a lot of businesses face nowadays, and would like to give these customers ways to save on costs while still improving their bottom line.
The website will provide various tips and articles on starting a business, protecting valuable assets, generating revenue, improving productivity, consolidation of branch offices and how to manage a „green business„. The site will also provide customers with options for offers and discounts worth about a thousand dollars on services such as web design, web domain hosting, credit card processing and HP Secure Remote Access. HP Access members may also get to receive a $50 to $200 rebate on certain server, storage and software products purchased from July 1 until October 31.
July 1 will also usher in a refreshed Trade-In and Save program, where customers can, aside from enjoying free HP Access, receive as much as $1000 cash back when they purchase certain qualified models of HP printers while trading in an old model.
