1. Remove the two screws holding the waste hopper to the toner cartridge and remove the hopper.
2. Remove the drive coupler from the waste hopper and toner cartridge to avoid losing them.
3. Empty the waste toner hopper and vac uum clean.
4. Remove the plug from the toner cartridge and vac uum out any remaining toner.
5. Remove the top developer roller cover by inserting a small flat blade screwdriver and prying it out
6. Remove the screws holding the end caps on development roller and remove end caps.
7. Remove the gears to avoid losing them.
8. Remove the development roller being careful not to get any grease on its surface.
9. Clean the Doctor blade wit h the wood end of a cotton swab. DO NOT USE ANY SOLVENTS!
10. Clean the development roller by wiping it with a dry cloth. DO NOT USE ANY SOLVENTS!
11. Vacuum up any toner that was scraped off of the doctor blade.
12. Reassemble the development roller, gears, end caps, and top cover.
13. Fill toner cartridge with 235 grams of Raven Toner.
14. Reinstall the waste hopper onto the toner cartridge.
